Order Processing Time

Natsh Santoni keeps some items in stock, but most jewelry is made-to-order; please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be made plus additional shipping/transit time of 2-7 days depending on your distance from Florida.

Shipping

Orders are packaged in an Velvet bag or a gift box and are sent via USPS. Free U.S. Standard Shipping on orders over $50.

Returns/Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order please notify us within 7 days of receiving it with your reason for return. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your receipt. All items must be received by Natsh Santoni within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
