All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail and include a tracking number.

(US & Canada Only).

First class mail usually takes 1-4 business days for the US and about 1-2 weeks for Canada.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All shipping outside the US is via USPS first class international mail and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

PLEASE understand that we cannot track a package once it leaves the US. If you would like to track your package outside the US, registered mail is available upon request for an additional charge.

Natsh Santoni is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS prior to contacting us for assistance. *If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your jewelry for a return or replacement.

Upgrades include express shipping and insurance upon request for an additional shipping charge.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please be aware that due to the unique, hand-made nature of each product, size and color may vary slightly from the photos and descriptions.

We values each and every customer. All of our products are backed by a100% satisfaction! If you are unhappy with your order please notify us within 7 days of receiving it with your reason for return. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your receipt. All items must be received by Natsh Santoni within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment upon return receipt.

All jewelry must be unworn and returned back to Natsh Santoni in its original condition with tags attached.

For sanitary purposes all earring purchases are final sale.

All sale, Deal of the Week, and custom pieces are final sale.

All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
